Iron winger Josh Morris has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Goal of the Month award for November.
His second goal in the 2-0 home win over Charlton Athletic on 25th November has been shortlisted, with the EFL Panel saying: “If Morris’ turn away from Charlton defenders was exquisite, the ability to bend his right-foot shot into the far top corner in the final moments of its trajectory was other-worldly.”
Also nominated are Oldham Athletic’s Eoin Doyle for his strike versus Rochdale on November 18th and Walsall’s Erhun Oztumer for his goal in their win at AFC Wimbledon on 25th November.
The winners of the Sky Bet EFL Goals of the Month are chosen by a fan poll. Click here to vote.
Voting is open from 6am on Friday, 8th December. Voting closes on Tuesday, 12th December, and all winners will be announced on Friday, 15th December.
The shortlist for the poll is decided by a judging panel following suggestions from supporters via Twitter. The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; Sky Bet Sponsorship Executive Michael Holinski and EFL Senior Media Manager Rob Meaden.
