David Webb will be the referee for United’s away match against Bury this Saturday.
Webb has already taken charge of one Iron game so far this season, as Graham Alexander’s side emerged 5-0 victors over Gillingham in August.
So far, in the 11 matches he’s officiated, the man from Lancashire has produced 27 yellow cards, and has dismissed one player.
He last took charge of the Shakers back in March of this year, in a 0-0 draw with Bradford City at Gigg Lane.
He’ll be assisted on Saturday by linemen Andrew Hendley and Christopher Ward, with Simeon Lucas taking up the position of Fourth Official.
