First year professional Noel Burdett has joined Frickley Athletic on a three-month loan.
The attacker who is a product of the Iron's academy set-up, joins the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division side initially until December.Burdett turned professional in the summer, and scored five goals in 17 youth team appearances last season.
The player, who has been at Scunthorpe since under-9 level, joins up with the Blues ahead of their Tuesday night fixture at home to Blyth Spartans.
