The Iron welcome Sheffield United to Glanford Park, as they look to preserve their lead at the top of the League One table.
Tuesday night’s goalless draw with Charlton Athletic extended United’s advantage at the summit to two points, but they face a Sheffield United who too are in a good vain of form themselves.
The Blades have won four league matches on the spin, a run which has seen them rise to sixth in the standings.

Graham Alexander revealed he’s got the same squad he’s had recently to choose from, but had good news on the fitness of Tom Hopper, Conor Townsend and Luke Williams, who continue to get closer to a return to action.
The last time the two sides met was on the final day of last season, with the Iron winning 2-0, but at the same time missing out on a spot in the League One play-off places.
Tom Hopper’s strike from inside the penalty area, shortly ahead of the break, set the Iron on their way to the three points and, at that stage, a place in the top six.
As the afternoon went on though, it became clear the Iron wouldn’t be able to make the play-offs, but they still served up a treat for the 2,930 travelling Scunthorpe faithful.
Paddy Madden sealed the victory on 64 minutes, and gave United fans plenty to be optimistic about heading into the 2016-17 campaign.

Billy Sharp will be a familiar face to Iron fans, following his successful two-year stint with the club from 2005 to 2007.
In two seasons, the 30-year-old scored 56 times in 95 matches - form which earned a move back to the Blades.
Following spells at the likes of Doncaster Rovers, Southampton and Leeds United, Sharp returned to Bramall Lane in 2015 and has been on the goalscoring trail once again.
