The Iron are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to work within our established team within the hospitality department at Glanford Park.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in the preparation of all food and beverages offered by the Club in all aspects including match day, conferences, events and the Club's restaurant.
You will ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety legislation at all times and maintain the high standards of personal hygiene and output within the kitchen.
Candidates must be professional and well-presented, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and using own initiative when required.
