With the Premier League title already wrapped up ahead of Sunday's final games of the campaign, it is the Champions League and Europa League spots still up for grabs.

Manchester United's late slip-up against West Ham United in the final game at the Boleyn Ground put Manchester City in pole position for fourth spot going into the round of fixtures. City end their campaign with a trip to Swansea City.

Should they slip up, the Red Devils end their campaign with a visit from AFC Bournemouth and are odds-on to finish the season with a victory.

The European qualification places in the Premier League may become immaterial should Liverpool win the Europa League and Crystal Palace win the FA Cup, with only five able to qualify from each nation.

At the other end of the table, Aston Villa's relegation to the Championship was confirmed weeks ago, with Norwich City and Newcastle United confirmed as joining them in the Championship following a second-successive victory for Sunderland to put them four points clear of the dropzone.

Champions Leicester City end their campaign at last season's Champions Chelsea with the hosts favourite to finish the season by beating the newly-crowned winners.

Southampton are odds-on favourites to end the campaign with victory, beating Crystal Palace, while the relegated Magpies bow out of the top flight with a home game against second-placed Tottenham.
