Tuesday evening’s fixture against Doncaster Rovers at Glanford Park will be refereed by Kevin Wright.
The local derby is a rearranged game from last month and sees the Iron host Darren Ferguson’s Rovers side that are currently 20th in the Sky Bet League One table.Wright has refereed both sides already this season but has only seen the teams lose.
His solitary Iron match was the opening day defeat at Burton Albion, in which Luke Daniels was sent off.
His two Doncaster matches both finished with 2-0 losses, with Walsall and Rochdale the victors.
He has overseen 27 matches this season and has produced 85 yellow cards and five red cards, which includes the dismissal of Daniels on the opening weekend.
The Iron go into Tuesday’s match on a run of three consecutive draws and without a defeat in their last six home matches.
Doncaster head to Glanford Park without a win in 10 straight games in all competitions.
Referee Wright will be assisted by linesmen Nick Greenhalgh and Simon Mather with Anthony Tankard the fourth official for the evening.
