Dominic Aggiano, via Facebook, asks: If you could play with one footballer, who would it be and why?LD: "I'd probably say someone like John Terry, because he's an absolute brick wall. He's one of them who you know what you're going to get from him week in week out and he's hard to get past."

LD: "My favourite player is Peter Schmeichel, when I was growing up he was the man. An absolutely immense goalkeeper and someone for me to look up to."
Tanya Hope, via Facebook, asks: What do you do to relax outside of the game?
LD: "I don't do a lot really, I just try and put my feet up and also do things like spending time with my family."
Dave Rodgers, via email, asks: What's your favourite dish to eat?
LD: "I quite like pasta dishes, my wife makes a decent pasta bake. So that's something that I usually have before a game and quite often too."
Mike Campbell, via email, asks: What's the best holiday destination that you've visited?
LD: "Dubai, I've been there quite a bit in the past couple of years and I really like it. An amazing place."
