The Iron make the trip to face Stamford AFC for their first game of pre-season this Friday night (7pm kick-off).
They will take the first team squad to the 2,000-capacity Zeeco Stadium, as they continue their pre-season preparations against the side, who play in the Premier Division of the Northern Premier League.Manager Graham Alexander plans to play a different side in each half, as he looks to get 45 minutes of game time into his players.
After the match against the Daniels, the squad will make the journey to Stansted Airport - where they will stay in a hotel before flying out to their pre-season training camp in Austria early on Saturday morning.
