Clarification on recent issue with online ticketing and supporter emails

Having been made aware of an issue of customers not receiving booking confirmations when ordering online, the clubs service providers Green 4 Solutions support team were notified and asked to look into.

In the process of fixing the issue the CRM agent was restarted by Green 4 resulting in outstanding queued correspondence being sent, which includes booking confirmations since the error occurred, as well as the 12th Man Manager's email that was originally sent by the club to the servers on Friday 15th. 

Orders placed online during this time period will have been received and processed as normal by the club.
