Darren Deadman will be the referee for the Iron's away match at Blackpool this Saturday.
Deadman last took charge of a United match last season, when Mark Robins' side drew 1-1 with Bradford at Glanford Park.Throughout the last campaign, the Cambridgeshire official produced 122 yellow, and 10 red cards.
So far this season, Deadman has shown 58 yellow cards, and dismissed one player in his 19 games.
He will be assisted on Saturday by assistant referees Martin Coy and Peter Gooch, with Robert Jones as fourth official.
