Iron captain Stephen Dawson says he's delighted to be back in the first team picture, after starting nine games in succession.
Dawson added he's also pleased the United supporters are getting to see what he has to offer, after injury problems prior to his return. He told The Iron PlayerHD: "I'm glad I feel like I'm starting to contribute to the team now. I feel like my fitness and everything is starting to come together.
"It was a bad couple of months, but I feel like hopefully now people are starting to see the real me - what I'm about, and what I can hopefully bring to the team."
Skipper Stephen Dawson is delighted after four wins in a row.
The Irishman has been part of an Iron side which has won four games in succession, a run which Dawson feels has come about because of the consistency of selection.
While he praised the back four, he revealed that it was difficult to single out any individuals in particular - given the level of the team's performances.
"I think if you look around, the players are starting to gel. Individually, I think a lot of players are starting to come into their own, with a run of games," he said.
"Everyone has been great. I could go through the whole team.
"There's a belief now, around the squad, around the team and around the area, that we can really do something this year.
"So hopefully as a group of players, we've got to keep doing it and not get over confident."
The midfielder emphasised the need to not get carried away with the recent run of form, as he feels a spot in the play-offs is something which still remains a firm target.
He stated the importance of taking another six points from the two upcoming games against Fleetwood and Oldham, however he conceded the two encounters won't be straight forward.
"I'm one of those players, who for the first couple of months, knew it wasn't good enough, but we all didn't think it was," he said.
"We've got a good couple of games now to put it right, with tough matches against Fleetwood and Oldham. They're hard games and they're ones we can't afford to take easy.
"We'll work hard for the Fleetwood game on Saturday, and give them every respect they deserve. Because I still do believe they're in a false position."
"Saturday is a massive game, a game on paper which people will probably think we should win. But as a group of players, you can't go into it like that."
