The Iron return to action on Tuesday evening hosting Notts County in the EFL Cup (7.45pm kick-off).
Previously known as the Carling Cup and the Capital One Cup, amongst other sponsorship names, the tie sees the League One and League Two outfit lock horns for a place in round two.
The second round sees the Premier League sides who are not involved in European competitions enter the draw, including Liverpool, Chelsea and Everton, with those sides involved in either the UEFA Champions League or Europa League entering in round three.
2014/15 saw the Iron progress from round one following a 1-0 victory over Championship side Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park, while the competition has also been very fruitful for Scunthorpe in other campaigns with Newcastle United, Manchester United and Manchester City all drawn as later round opponents following progression from the early rounds.
Tickets are available at a reduced price for the cup fixture as Graham Alexander's side look to make it through to round two and back up an impressive second half display and subsequent win on Saturday.
The Main Stand, Britcon Stand and also now the Clugston Stand will be open for home supporters.
Fans using the Britcon Stand and part of the Clugston Stand nearest the away end will be able to pay on the gate.
12th Man members' seats were reserved until close of play on Tuesday, August 2.
