Information regarding ticketing arrangements for the 2016/17 season...
Firstly, we are pleased to confirm that supporters who have purchased a 12th Man Package are able to collect them from the ticket office at Glanford Park.
All supporters will need to bring the relevant booking reference number(s) with them where applicable and a signature will be required to confirm collection (ID may be required). Please note that supporters collecting their 12th Man Package will need to provide proof of age for ALL
concession/junior categories before being able to take their season ticket away with them. Disabled supporters will also need to provide relevant documentation. Any queries regarding the collection process and valid forms of ID can be sent via email to email@example.com

New for 2016/17 will be the introduction of a visible ‘Fan ID’ number which will be displayed on all season, match and away travel tickets as well as Iron Membership cards. This will act as a unique supporter identifier for our ticketing database and will assist in improving the levels of service to our supporters when purchasing tickets. Supporters are encouraged to take note of this number and use when purchasing ticketing products this season. This number will also be relevant for 12th Man holders and Iron Members when claiming their merchandise discount in the Club Shop over the course of the season.
