The Iron welcome Port Vale on Saturday and will be hoping to make it five wins on the bounce.
Graham Alexander's side won 2-0 at Peterborough last time out with a Ricardo Santos own goal and a Tom Hopper goal securing victory. That means that United are just two points off the play-offs with only two games left to play this season.
Port Vale still have a slim chance of finishing in the top six, but need to take maximum points to have any hope of making it.
They are also in good form though, having won their last three games and have scored nine goals in those matches.
A bumper crowd is expected to see if the Iron can continue their excellent form and Graham Alexander will hope his side can keep their play-off hopes alive.
The Iron have no new injury worries heading into Saturday's game. Jamie Ness is back in training and could return to contention for Graham Alexander's side.
The midfielder has missed the last few matches, but is set to return and Sean McAllister is also pushing for selection after resuming training.
That means that only Scott Wiseman is a long-term absentee.
Ajay Leitch-Smith has been a constant threat up front for Port Vale this season, netting 13 goals in all competitions to spearhead the club’s play-off hopes.
He has missed the victory against Rochdale with a hamstring strain, but is in line for a return for the trip to take on the Iron.
The striker started his career at fellow League One side Crewe, coming through their academy and going on to play over 100 times for the club.
Leitch-Smith left Crewe in 2014 though, joining Yeovil on a two-year deal, but it did not really work out for the striker.
He left Yeovil at the end of last season following their relegation to League Two, before joining Vale on a one-year deal at the start of the campaign.
The Iron left it late to salvage a point in their clash with Port Vale at Glanford Park last season.
Vale took the lead in the first half through a Richard Duffy goal, after the visitors had worked a corner for the defender to coolly finish.
The Iron pushed for an equaliser in the second half, but could not find a way through the Vale defence until almost the last kick of the game.
Kyle Wootton came off the bench to net a 95th minute equaliser and boost the Iron's bid for League One safety and keep them above Vale.
