Peter Bankes will be the referee for the Iron's clash with Rochdale at Spotland this Saturday.
He last took charge of a United match, in October of 2014, when the Iron were 3-0 victors away at Gillingham. It was a match in which he dismissed Doug Loft.He produced 98 yellow and seven red cards last season, with the last of the dismissals coming in May of last year.
He has shown 30 yellow cards so far, dismissing no-one this campaign in the seven matches he's taken charge of.
The linesmen that he'll be assisted by are Peter Gibbons and Anthony Tankard, with William Smallwood acting as the fourth official.
