ILDERTON IN CHARGE OF SHREWS CLASH

16 October 2015

Eddie Ilderton will be the referee for the Iron's clash with Shrewsbury Town on Saturday at Glanford Park.

Ilderton last took charge of a match involving United back in February, when Mark Robins' men were 2-0 victors over Chesterfield.

The man from Tyne and Wear has so far shown 20 yellow cards, but is yet to dismiss anyone this season.

Throughout the 2014-15 campaign, Ilderton produced 98 yellow and showed two red cards, in a season which he also took charge of the Iron's home defeat to Leyton Orient.

He will be assisted on Saturday by linesmen Billy Khatib and Ricky Wootton, while Ryan Johnson will be the fourth official.
