The Iron have signed striker Theo Robinson on loan from Doncaster Rovers until Saturday, April 25.The 26-year-old Jamaican forward joined ahead of Thursday's 5pm loan deadline, and in time for Saturday's away game at Notts County.
The speedy frontman has been with Rovers since August 2013, and has scored nine goals in 32 league starts.
Robinson enjoyed many loan spells while on the books of Watford.
His breakthrough at Vicarage Road never came to fruition though and he swapped the Hornets for Huddersfield in 2009, where he scored 13 goals in 17 league starts.
Robinson made a loan to Millwall permanent and then moved on to Derby County, netting 18 goals in 67 appearances for the Rams.
He returned on loan to Huddersfield during the tenure of Iron boss Mark Robins at the Galpharm Stadium, and then joined Doncaster Rovers.
