Sky Bet, the Football League’s official betting sponsor, have priced the Blades at substantial 4/6 favourites to win the game, while a draw is 13/5.

Scunthorpe are 12/1 to pick up a 1-0 victory in the game, whilst that is 5/1 for Sheffield United. 2-0 and 2-1 victories are 28/1 and 16/1 respectively for the Iron and 13/2 and 15/2 for the Blades if you think this is the way the game will go.

On top of that, there are several match specials on offer as usual. If you believe that the Iron will score two or more in the first half, you can get that at 14/1 and then 4/1 for Sheffield United, whilst if you believe that one of the sides will score in the first ten minutes, that is 10/1 for Scunthorpe and 5/1 for the Blades.

In terms of the opening goalscorer, Paddy Madden is  15/2,  Dutchman Kevin Van Veen is 9/1 and after making his first professional start at the weekend, Kyle Wootton is 11/1 to grab the opener.  For Sheffield United, January transfer window signing Matty Done is 9/2 after 6 goals in 11 league appearances since arriving from Rochdale, centre midfielder Jose Baxter is 5/1 and winger Jamie Murphy is 11/2.

In addition, you can also bet on events such as the half time score, which team will win each half and the amount of goals you believe will be scored overall.

There are a number of different betting options available for the game on Saturday and these can be found at http://www.skybet.com/scunthorpe.
