The Iron can confirm they will face Middlesbrough in a behind-closed-doors friendly in Marbella on Saturday, July 18, 2015.
United are in the province of Malaga in southern Spain for a week long training camp, and will play Aitor Karanka’s side who are also training in Marbella as part of their preparations for their Championship campaign.
The game will kick-off at 6.30pm local time (5.30pm UK time).
