With Christmas fast approaching, it's proving harder and harder to finish that last minute dash for presents!
Scunthorpe United Academy are providing the perfect opportunity for you to add the finishing touches to your wrapping, with a two-day Christmas holiday course.
We will be based at the St Lawrence Academy on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December between 10am and 3pm, an ideal window for parents to make all their final preparations before the big day.
Children will require both football boots and trainers as we will be using both the sports hall and the impressive 3G outdoor pitch. It is also important that all of the players bring warm, waterproof clothing, plenty of drinks, and a packed lunch.
Our Academy Scouts will be attending over the two-day course, and any players that show outstanding individual talent will be invited to train/trial with our current Academy squads.
All of our Academy coaches have Enhanced CRB disclosures, have a child protection/safeguarding children certificate, are emergency aid trained and are UEFA or Football Association qualified coaches.
