Stuart Attwell will be the referee for the Iron's Boxing Day clash with Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Attwell, who last took charge of an Iron match as recently as October this year (the 2-0 home victory over Barnsley) has shown 65 yellow cards and sent off three players so far this campaign.In the 37 matches in which he refereed last season, the Warwickshire official showed 95 yellow and four red cards.
He will be assisted on Saturday by linesmen Tom Nield and Paul Marsden, with Nicholas Hopton taking up the role of Fourth Official.
