Ahead of Saturday’s final home league clash with Gillingham, the Iron officially signed seven under 8’s on the pitch.
UEFA B Qualified Academy Coach Rob Watson invited each player onto the pitch individually to sign a new deal ahead of next season, with Chairman Peter Swann also coming down to pitch level to personally congratulate each and every player as they received their deal.Signing on the pitch prior to the Gillingham game was Oakley Hill, Harry Stabler, Lucas Dawson, Oliver Jarvis, Charlie Fielding, Jaxon Borland and Blake Gregory.
The club would like to congratulate all seven players on signing with the club and wish them all the best for the new season, when it gets underway.
