Generating new business is paramount to our continuing drive to push the success of the club.

Selling seasonal and individual Matchday packages and advertising, this role will use outbound sales strategies to proactively source new clients using innovative marketing and selling initiatives to maximise revenue. You will be selling a selection of packages to clients new and current working under the Commercial Manager who will support the coordination of these sales.

What are we looking for?

Commercial Assistant
Professionalism and exceptional customer relationships are an integral part of this role. The successful candidate will need to show a passion for sales and delivering these to our clients in a high quality and detailed way.

We are looking for a candidate who can lead by example, has exceptional customer relationship skills and can ultimately sell, driven by the results and business they bring in.

You will need to have a dynamic and proactive approach, gaining quick wins while also bringing new ideas, new business and innovative selling methods to the table.

The competencies which are required include:
Experience within a busy sales environment
Exceptional communication both on the telephone and face to face
Product knowledge with ability to match client’s requirements with relevant packages
Ability to work within a  team but also capable of working on individual projects/tasks
Efficient database management
Excellent time management when working to tight deadlines in preparation for regular matchday events
A passion for customer service and satisfaction
