3 October 2014

Sebastian Stockbridge will be the man in charge for Saturday’s clash with Doncaster Rovers.

Born in Tyne & Wear, Stockbridge is in his second season as a Football League official, having been promoted from the Conference at the beginning of last season and will be making his first appearance as an official at Glanford Park.

He has already refereed the Iron once this season, taking charge of the club’s 1-0 victory over Blackburn in the League Cup in August and also refereed 1-1 draw at Northampton Town last season.

The last game he refereed was the 1-1 draw between Bradford and Port Vale in League One on 27 September.

He has handed out 20 yellow cards but no red cards over seven games in all competitions so far this season and last season, he handed out 83 yellows and seven reds in 24 games.

He will be assisted by Danny Gratton and Alf Greenwood, whilst James Mainwaring will act as Fourth Official.
