Iron boss Russ Wilcox was named League Two manager of the year at the LMA Awards on Monday night.
He was awarded the accolade after leading Scunthorpe to promotion after taking over in a mid-table position following the departure of Brian Laws.Wilcox was voted as the League Two winner by his fellow managers.
He also received a special merit award from Sir Alex Ferguson to mark the 28-game unbeaten run from when he took charge.
League One's honour was shared between Leyton Orient's Russell Slade and Wolverhampton Wanderers' Kenny Jackett, while Leicester City's Nigel Pearson and Liverpool's Brendan Rodgers won the Championship and Premier League accolades respectively.
