Iron winger Terry Hawkridge has signed a new two-year contract with the club.
The 24-year-old midfielder made 49 appearances and scored twice during his first season in the Football League last year.He was signed from Gainsborough Trinity last summer.
Hawkridge had attracted the attention of scouts high up the football ladder during his year-long spell at Trinity and his rise up through the divisions had been impressive.
He jumped two divisions from Carlton to Gainsborough via Hucknall and leaped two more (now three), signing on with Scunthorpe.
