Iron boss Russ Wilcox is hopeful of a full run-out for his squad in their first friendly of pre-season at Bottesford.
The match takes place at Birch Park on Wednesday night, kicking-off at 7.00pm."Hopefully everyone will play a part," Wilcox told Scunthorpe-United.co.uk.
"There are a couple of niggles and bits and bobs that you get in pre-seasons.
"We're in on Wednesday morning and will go through some shape and set-plays regarding the game.
"We're hoping to play two teams in the match - so it will be two sets of eleven in each half if we can.
"It's too early in pre-season to get 90 minutes out of players. Some teams do that but when you do you run the risk of injury.
"The players have put in a lot of hard work running and it's down to the football side now.
"Hopefully they will now build their fitness up through games now."
