Cardiff are favourites to bounce back up to the Premier League at 9/4 and are 7/1 to finish the campaign as champions. Play-off finalists Derby County are next in line at 8/1 for the title with third favourites at 9/1.
Sky Bet rate Cardiff, Derby, Fulham, Wigan, Norwich and Watford as most likely to finish in the top six. Blackpool are most likely to go down with odds of 11/10. Rotherham then follow at 9/4 and Millwall are 5/2.
