Scunthorpe United is delighted to reveal the club’s away kit for our 125th anniversary campaign.

Many supporters will have noticed one key omission from the home kit launch video last week - a certain Spanish legend in Alex Calvo-Garcia.

The match winner from our 1-0 win over Leyton Orient in the play-off final in 1999, the shirt he and the players wore that day is iconic. 25 years on, it’s back!

The video takes us on a journey from Alex’s home town of San Sebastián, and sees the shirt taken from a washing line, placed in a bag, and brought home back to the Attis Arena.

With our 125th anniversary crest again taking pride of place on the front of the shirt, working in collaboration with Technical Kit Partners Kelme, we have added a handful of unique features which again have been prominent to moving into our latest era.

One iconic feature of last season was the “United we Stand” logo, and that can be seen on the bottom on the back of the shirt, while there is a “125” logo above our new back of shirt sponsors; Abey Engineering Solutions. Prominent on the kit also is our front of shirt sponsors, HITEK Electronic Materials Limited, who continue with us for a second season.

A big thank you to all supporters that have pre-ordered our brand-new away kit so far in the last couple of days. All of these orders will be dispatched first and made available as soon as the retail shipment arrives with us. Supporters are able to continue pre-ordering our brand-new away kit for the 2024-25 season via As soon as the shirts are available in-store, we will announce.

The club’s owners and Directors released a statement shortly prior to the launch of the home kit last week thanking all involved for their tremendous work in executing the video. To read the statement, click here.

We will have details and a separate launch for our third kit for the forthcoming season in the coming weeks.

Head down to Brigg Town CIC tomorrow afternoon where you will see our brand new away kit debuted for the very first time (1pm kick-off).
