Iron supporter Mark Brumpton became our latest winner of the top prize in the Iron Super Draw earlier this month.

With nine prizes on offer in July, including a top prize of £250 cash and a guest prize of a free gutter clean from LG Gutter Cleaning Services, the draw took place at 7pm yesterday evening.

Following a period of ticket sales, Scunthorpe United is pleased to announce the results of the the Iron Aid raffle, which will see the winners - or a nominee of the winner - will face a number of legends.

The raffle numbers were placed into a random number generator, with each purchase given a unique number. Winners are as follows:

All participants in the game will have a breakfast included at the Attis Arena on the morning of the game, followed by a light training session with your special guest manager, to be announced. You'll then have a quick tactics session to get you ready for your big match experience.

Not involved, but want to watch some former legends take on some supporters? Maybe you'll have a family or friend take part, and you want to give them some support (or stick) from the sidelines. Tickets will be available for the game at £5 per person, with Under-16s admitted for free. These tickets will be available to purchase during pre-season.

All money raised from the Iron Aid match, and from the Open Day, will go directly to the football club as another fundraiser to help the club towards sustainability.

Due to the nature of football, and ever-changing cycles, the appearance of some confirmed players may change at short notice.

The Iron's home league encounter against Kidderminster Harriers, which was scheduled for Saturday, August 31st, has been brought forward to the Friday night.

The Vanarama National League North match will be played under the lights at the Attis Arena, kicking off at 7.45pm.

Both of the Iron's home pre-season friendlies are now on sale, with tickets available to purchase in-store and online for the games against FC Halifax Town and Chesterfield.

Scunthorpe get their warm-up fixtures at the Attis Arena underway with the visit of National League team FC Halifax Town at the end of the month on Saturday, July 27th (1pm kick-off).

Newly promoted League Two outfit Chesterfield will provide United's final pre-season test on Friday, August 2nd (7.30pm kick-off).

Season tickets holders in the Vertikal Stand have their seats reserved for all encounters until three hours before kick-off on the day of the game.


The Iron are closing the Mortz Property Services Stand for the pre-season friendlies against FC Halifax Town and Chesterfield.

The club has taken the decision to close the stand for the pre-season friendlies for operational reasons.

Any wheelchair disabled supporters will still be able to access tickets to the Mortz Stand.


Purchase tickets for all three games at the same time and make a saving! Season ticket holders can save 50% on their Chesterfield ticket when buying your FC Halifax Town tickets in the same transaction.

Meanwhile non-season ticket holders can save 20% on their Chesterfield ticket when buying your FC Halifax Town tickets in the same transaction.

Tickets must be for the same stand and same age category across all three games for the discount to apply.
