So far this season, Harrington has taken charge of 31 matches and, in those, he’s produced 114 yellow and two red cards.
The man from Cleveland last officiated a match involving Scunthorpe back in November 2015, with United emerging 2-1 victors from their away fixture against Bury.
He’ll be joined on Saturday by assistant referees Matthew McGrath and Robert Merchant, with Nigel Smith taking up the role of fourth official.
