The SUFC Trust are running Iron Infants, summer football courses for 5-7 year olds, every Friday throughout the summer holidays.

The sessions run from 10.00am to 12.00pm for just £5.00 at Glanford Park.

It's a good way for children to be active, make friends and to have fun in a safe environment.

The first course kicked off last weekend and seemed to be a success.

One parent said: "It's a brilliant idea! I found out via Google. My child is enjoying it."

Community Coach Josh Miller, who took the session, added: "It's fantastic to see young people enjoying our community sessions."

Boys and girls of all abilities are welcome.

These sessions may be a child's first experience of football and are ran by friendly qualified coaching staff.

There is no need to book, just turn up on the day.

The SUFC Trust are also running sessions for 7 to 13 year-olds on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all summer.
