The central midfielder becomes the eighth arrival at the Club since the end of last season.
Jack, the son of ex-Wimbledon star Alan Cork, has played for England at U-19 level as well as turning out for Bournemouth in a loan spell last season.
Cork, who is the Blues' youth team skipper, had two separate one-month loan spells with the Cherries, making seven starts in total.
