United signed former Falkirk defender Kenny Milne on a free transfer at the start of July 2008
The 28-year-old centre-back had spent his career north of the border, encompassing spells at Hearrts, Cowdenbeath, Partick Thistle and Falkirk.
Standing at six foot two inches, he has spent the last three years with the latter - making almost 100 league appearances in the Scottish Premier League.
His contract expired at the end of June and, despite the interest of a number of clubs, he decided to move to Glanford Park.
