You can still renew your season ticket, however seats has been released from the 8th August deadline for general sale, please visit the ticket office or call 0871 221 1899 to renew with us directly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All tickets sold via the internet are for home areas and supporters only. Away team supporters purchasing these tickets risk refusal of entry or ejection from the ground with no refund.

HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
If your purchase includes postage your tickets will be mailed to you in due course.

If you are collecting your ticket from Glanford Park you may pick them up prior to the fixture from the Box Office. On the day of the match, tickets for the Grove Wharf and Rainham Steel Stands will need to be collected from the ticket booth located on the corner of the two stands.

For away matches there will also be an option to collect at the away stadium. When this option is selected the Club will endeavour to have tickets available for collection at the opposing clubs ticket office by 2:00pm on the day of the game.

CARD PAYMENTS
To combat fraudulent card transactions, our online ticket website uses both card security code and postcode verification. Please ensure that the postcode you enter at the time of purchase is an EXACT match to the postcode on your card statement.

If your payment is rejected please use another card. DO NOT keep trying the same card as this will reserve the money with your provider and you may use up all your available funds.

Scunthorpe United Football Club cannot provide the reason for card rejections as this information is undisclosed by the card issuer.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All information, dates, times and prices are kept as accurate as possible but are subject to change.

- Tickets are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged once purchased. In some circumstances this can be considered at the discretion of the Box Office Manager, provided the complete ticket is returned intact to the Box Office at least 24 hours before kick off.

- Under 7s and Carers tickets CANNOT be purchased online. If you require either an Under 7s or Carers ticket, please contact the Box Office direct on 0871 221 1899 or tickets@scunthorpe-united.co.uk

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.In the event that a match is postponed the original ticket will be valid to gain admission to the re-arranged fixture.

- The ticket is issued by the club subject to the terms and conditions of entry. The use of the ticket is to enter the clubs stadium ("stadium") constitutes acceptance of the clubs terms and conditions of entry. Your attention is drawn to the following specific provisions.

- The ticket shall remain at all times property of the club.

- Tickets are issued for the personal use of the purchaser only save for the transfer to his/her guest in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry PROVIDED THAT such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating and third party's business.

- Any ticket obtained or used in breach of the terms and condition of entry will be automatically void. The bearer will be refused entry and, if already in the stadium, will be ejected, in either case without refund.

- The unauthorised sale of tickets is illegal under section 166 of the criminal justice and public order act 1991. The ticket may not be used in any way for any commercial purpose save as expressly authorised by the championship or the club.

- Subject to the following provision no person may bring into (or use within) the stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it. Mobile telephones are permitted within the stadium, provided that they are used for personal and private use only.

- The club reserves the right to eject from the stadium, any person who fails to comply with the clubs ticket conditions and/or ground regulations.

- Scunthorpe United Football club accepts no responsibility if the seat to which ticket this ticket refers is affected by adverse weather conditions.

- No refund for the ticket will be provided after the game has commenced.

- Scunthorpe United Football Club accepts no responsibility to replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets.

- Scunthorpe United Football Club excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the ground.
