Executive away travel
Apologies go to Peter Mumby, who was the winner of our summer raffle - not Peter Mason as we had printed in the Leeds United programme.

Many thanks to all who travelled with us on our first coach trip this season to Walsall, the winner of our prediction competition was Kelly Cook.

Did you know someone rang Brian at 9.15am to see if there was a spare seat for Walsall and within one and half hours they were on the coach?

Birthdays
Happy seventh birthday to Peter Hunter, who is the son of SUOSC committee members Dave and Debbie.

His birthday was on Sunday, August 24 and celebrated with a party at Glanford Park on Friday.

Calling managers of local junior teams
We as a committee have decided to set some money aside for the sponsorship of junior football teams in Scunthorpe.

If your team require any items such as shirts, footballs, cones, etc, you can drop us a letter stating your requirements and we will, at our next committee meetings, decide if we think you have a good cause for wanting help.
