The Iron will find out their Carling Cup third round opponents on Saturday lunchtime.

The draw for the next stage of the competition will be made between 12.15pm and 12.30pm on Sky Sports' Gillette Soccer Saturday show, which can be seen on Sky Sports News.

United will be hoping to draw a big Premier League side following their 4-2 second round win over Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday night.

The third round takes place on the week starting Monday, September 20.
