Manager Nigel Adkins confirmed after the 1-1 pre-season friendly draw at Gainsborough Trinity, that Andrew Wright and Jonathan Forte missed out through knocks,

Striker Forte (pictured) is suffering from a minor thigh problem, while defender Wright sat out the game as a precaution due to a slight ankle injury.

Fellow forward Gary Hooper was rested, while David Mirfin missed out with a swollen ankle.

Left-back Marcus Williams is recovering from an Achilles injury and could feature against Lincoln on Thursday or Brighton on Saturday, while Kenny Milne continues to be nursed through pre-season after missing almost all of last year with a knee injury.
