IRON WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS - FERGUSON
Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson expects the Iron to cause trouble for his side when visit Glanford Park on Saturday.
Buoyed by a 3-0 success over Leyton Orient last week, the Posh arrive into the game in good spirits - but Ferguson knows not to take an Iron side without a win yet lightly.
He told theposh.com: "Scunthorpe obviously came down from the Championship last term and we know they will cause plenty of problems, particularly up front where they have some talented performers.
"Scunthorpe have always produced good strikers including Billy Sharp and I am sure Paul Hayes will start if fit for them this weekend.
"I have played at Scunthorpe a few times in my playing career and I know it is a tight little ground with a decent atmosphere, so I am sure it will be a hard game.
"The fact Scunthorpe haven't made the best of starts to the new season means nothing, they will be raring to go and the longer they go without winning, the more tension creeps in.
"We know that from ourselves and that is why it was great to get off and running against Leyton Orient."
