GIVE YOUR VIEWS AND WE CAN IMPROVE
The Iron have launched the first of what will become an annual Supporter Satisfaction Survey designed to raise standards across the Club.
Beginning earlier this week, we have already had hundreds of forms filled in and want to get as much feedback as possible.
This is your opportunity to have your say on how certain aspects of the club operate.
The survey will gauge the opinion of supporters on a number of issues including, ticketing, catering, stewarding, merchandising and communication.
The results will highlight areas that the Club are doing well but importantly areas the Club need to improve to provide the best possible service for its supporters.
The questionnaire is online until June 15, 2008 and supporters are encouraged to have their say. It will take around 10 minutes to complete.
"The Supporter Satisfaction Survey will give supporters the chance to tell us what we are doing well and where we need to improve," explained assistant club secretary David Beeby.
"From the results we will be able to make changes to the way we do things to better suit our supporters' needs. Some things may be relatively easy to rectify, others may take longer, but we'll know what we have to work towards."
A selection of the results will be published on www.scunthorpe-united.co.uk later in the year.
