Scunthorpe United reserves cruised to victory as they beat Lincoln City 4-2 at Glanford Park.

The strong looking side raced into an early 2-0 lead with goals from Mamadou Seck and Jonathan Forte,

Just before the break Kevin Horlock made it 3-0 capitalising on a defensive mix-up.

Lincoln pulled one back after the break but Andy Wright made the points safe with a well taken penalty after Alex Morfaw had been brought down.

The Imps reduced the deficit with a late consolation but by then the game was already won.
