Former Iron defender Lee Ridley has joined League Two side Lincoln City on a one-month loan from Cheltenham Town.

The 26-year-old made over 100 first team appearances for United before joining the Robins back in July.

Despite being offered a new contract by Scunthorpe after their promotion to the Championship he opted to stay in League One with Cheltenham Town.

So far he has made 10 starts for the Whaddon Road club, and also appeared on six occasions for Darlington during a recent loan spell.
