RIDLEY SET FOR ROBINS

Left-back Lee Ridley looks set to complete a move to League One side Cheltenham Town during the coming week.
The Club have a one-year option on Ridley but the Iron look set to allow Ridley to leave as they are unable to gurantee first team football with Marcus Williams favoured for the left back slot.
"It's not all done and dusted yet, but I am going to be meeting John Ward on Tuesday and hopefully it will all be tied up by then," Ridley explained.
"Bradford were in the equation too, but playing in League One is a big thing and I am concentrating on Cheltenham at the moment.
"The distance from Scunthorpe was a huge factor to consider. I have been lucky to spend nine years at Scunthorpe, which is where I am from and it's right on my doorstep.
"But moving down to Cheltenham is something I am looking forward to now.
"I have discussed it with my family so hopefully it will all work out and I can be performing well on the pitch for Cheltenham Town.
"I am 25 and at the stage of my career where I want to be playing first team football.
"Hopefully I can make myself a first team regular down at Cheltenham and push on.
"It's a nice pitch and a nice ground and the people seem pretty friendly so hopefully I will get a good welcome and I can go on from there."

Town chairman Paul Baker is hopeful that Ridley will complete his move and become his club's second summer signing.
"We are delighted to have agreed personal terms on a three-year contract," he told the Robins' official website.
"Lee is an experienced player and would represent a very good signing for us."
