A WEEK FOR CHAMPIONS
Posted on: Thu 23 Oct 2008
Striker Paul Hayes says this tough week could see the making of 2008-09's League One champions.
Leaders Scunthorpe have a difficult run of matches, which began with a 1-1 draw against Southend on Tuesday and continues against second-placed Millwall at Glanford Park on Saturday.
"Millwall are obviously flying like us but all I can say really is bring them on," Hayes told the Scunthorpe Telegraph.
"When the fixtures came out we looked at this week and said it was going to be one of the hardest weeks of the season.
"But that's what either makes you champions or you find that you fall a way a bit so in a way it's good.
