Scunthorpe United will hold their annual end-of-season awards ceremony at Forest Pines on Monday, May 5.

Despite relegation from the Championship, there have been positives from this season - and with that a few strong contenders for trophies.

On-loan Chelsea star Jack Cork has won acclaim for his displays in midfield and at right-back, while Andy Butler - after an injury-hit couple of years - is now back to his very best.

Joe Murphy has been as reliable as ever in goal, while the likes of Cliff Byrne, Andy Crosby, Jim Goodwin and top goalscorer Martin Paterson have enjoyed consistent seasons and could be in the running for awards.

There are places available for the event, as we offer a four-course meal and disco at £40 per head.
