Bobby Olejnik is expected to continue in goal for the Iron, after injuries to Sam Slocombe and James Severn make him the only experienced fully fit keeper, with youth product Pat Weaver ready and waiting in the wings as back-up to the Austrian.
Slocombe faces around a fortnight out after a trip to a specialist, while Severn could be out for six to eight weeks with a thigh strain and Peterborough fans’ Player of the Year last season has arrived on a one-month loan.
It will be the 15th meeting between the two sides, with the Iron winning eight previous ties, drawing once and losing five times.
The last meeting was in 2012/13, when Yeovil won 3-0 at Huish Park months after leaving Glanford Park 4-0 winners.

Yeovil won their first match on Tuesday evening, with a 2-1 win at Walsall after losing their opening league games to Gillingham and Doncaster.
The Iron will go there keen to get some points on the board and Russ Wilcox’s men will travel down on Friday in preparation for the Saturday match without a number of faces.
While Marcus Williams returns from suspension, we will be without Sam Slocombe, James Severn, David Mirfin and Dave Syers.
Yeovil are managed by Gary Johnson and they are also in their first season back in Sky Bet League One, after relegation from the Championship last term.
It also represents a return to an old stomping ground for Paddy Madden, who joined the Iron from Yeovil last January.
Paddy made nearly 50 appearances for the Glovers and in his final full season he got the golden boot in League One, firing his side to promotion via the play-offs and hopefully he could repeat history with the Iron.
Huish Park can hold nearly 10,000 fans and over 5,000 of them are seated and it will be great to see the Iron travel down in their numbers once again to cheer on the Claret and Blue.
