The Iron have re-signed full-back Eddie Nolan on non-contract terms.
The 24-year-old defender signs on non-contract terms and goes straight into the squad for Saturday's home clash against Crawley Town.He has been handed the number 18 shirt.
Signing initially on loan from Preston North End in the summer of 2010, Nolan made 43 league appearances for the club in his past spell, scoring one goal. His stay was made permanent in January 2011.
However, he was released by former boss Alan Knill last summer. Nevertheless, since then he hasn't found a new club and has spent the last month training with the Iron.
He can play on the right and left side of defence in addition to centre-back and midfield,
