Charity offering chance to win a mascot package at the Iron this Saturday
The Free Kicks Foundation is a Peterborough based charity whose aim is to provide football-related activities for ill, bereaved and disadvantaged children, to give them a day to remember with their favourite football club.
They have teamed up with the Iron’s Community Trust to offer young supporters the amazing opportunity of being a mascot for the day, seeing behind the scenes and walking out with the teams at the game against Peterborough on 28th November.
There are two places up for grabs and to be in with a chance of winning, the child must be between the age of four and 14 and available for 1pm on the day of the game.
With the charities aim of helping ill, bereaved or disadvantaged children, to enter, tell us in no more than 150 words why the child is deserving of this great day out and send to communityfootball@hotmail.com or hand in at reception at Glanford Park along with the child’s name and parents contact details.
Closing date for entries is 3pm on Wednesday 25th November and the winners will be contacted later that day.
