Hello there Iron fans!Let me introduce myself to you… My name is Scunny Bunny and I am the world famous mascot of Scunthorpe United.
How this came about I am not 100% sure, one day many years ago I woke up in the terraces of our old stadium, the Old Show Ground.
Ever since that day I have been an Iron fan and have been lucky enough to see every single Scunthorpe United home match. If you have been to any matches you will have seen me wandering around on match days and next to the pitch cheering on my favourite team!
I became the mascot on Saturday, October 10, 1998 when we played Southend United at Glanford Park.
We have been through some fantastic times on the pitch over the years (and also some not so fantastic ones!) but myself and many wonderful Iron fans have been there through it all because we love Scunthorpe United!
I have also been a busy bunny off the pitch and have got myself into a few different situations, running marathons and half-marathons for charity, and many, many trips to hundreds of places in and around Scunthorpe.
